Shipping Services When Will My Order Arrive: We strive to ship out all orders received by 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time Monday-Friday the Same Day. However, Due to the amount of orders that we process it may take up to 2 days before your order ships. In the event that it may be longer than 2 days, we will contact you via e-mail and give you the status of your order. The shipping map below will give an indication of Ground shipping times from our store. USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days. Typically, for USPS Parcel Post Orders please Add 2-3 extra days to the UPS Ground ship time listed on the map below. However due to the nature of USPS Parcel Post it can take as much as 21 business days to arrive. We offer USPS Parcel Post as a service to our customers but once the package is in transit we have no control over ship times or tracking. Beyond sending you an e-mail the day it ships we cannot give you exact ship times using USPS. 
Expedited Services: If you wish to have your order shipped using UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select, please give us a call at 1-800-316-6595, (Please Note: You Must Place Your Order By 12:30 P.M. Central Standard Time to be shipped out the Same Day excluding Weekends and Holidays.) In the event that we cannot ship your order the same day we will first try to call the phone number we have on file. If we don't get an answer we will then e-mail you the status of your order. Small Quantities of Flammable and Hazardous products (i.e. Aerosols, Polishes, Compounds, Paint, Adhesives, Cleaners, Solvents, Etc.) can only be shipped via ground services with ORM-D Limited Quantity specifications. (i.e. Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post) If you choose any other method of shipping for these products your shipping method will be changed accordingly. Out of Stock Items: In the event that we are Out of Stock on your specific item we will either drop ship your item from an affiliate warehouse closest to you or we will contact you by e-mail and let you know the status. Free Shipping Promotion: Currently, We have a free shipping promotion if your order value exceeds $175.00 and weighs under 30 lbs. (The weight is determined by shipping weight not the Net Weight of each individual item.) This free shipping promotion applies to normal stocking items only. Specials, closeouts, special orders, and verbal bulk quotes will have shipping charges added. Sometimes your order may not reflect this free shipping promotion, however we monitor orders as they come in and if an order qualifies we will credit and/or Should you have any questions regarding our Shipping Services you can contact us by clicking HERE or call 1-800-316-6595 and ask for the Internet Sales Department. Late or No Arrival: If your order is late or has not arrived you will need to check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Next click on "Check My Order Status". Then click "Track My Order". This will give you information about you order. If your order shipped via UPS and you didn't get a tracking number please give us a call at 1-800-316-6595 and ask for the Internet Sales Dept. and we will check the status for you (Please have your Order I.D. ready). If your order shipped via USPS Parcel Post please allow as much as 21 business days for ship time. (Please Note: Once we ship out via USPS we have limited control of the ship times or tracking. Beyond sending you an e-mail when it ships we bear No Responsibility for Delays or Non-Arrivals.) If you choose USPS Parcel Post you bear all the responsibility of delays or non-arrivals. If the package happens to come back to us we will send you an e-mail informing you of the return. At this point you have the option to either have the package resent again (at your expense) or we will give you credit for the product (minus the original shipping charge). If your item shows that it has not shipped yet it may be "Out Of Stock". For Out Of Stock items we generally send an e-mail informing you of the status and lead time.
