This is an 2 part (2K) Urethane Aerosol Clear Coat. It has higher weather and U.V. resistance than most all aerosol clear coats on the market today. Contrary to conventional paint aerosols SprayMax uses an innovative nozzle technology in combination with a new propellent technology. SprayMax has more yield, faster workspeed, broader spray pattern than most conventional aerosols. The result: professional paint results like a spraygun, but without the disadvantages: no paint mixing, no cleaning of the spraygun, no thinner for cleaning, no compressor, less overspray. Salesman Notes: 2K SprayMax Urethane Aerosol Clear Coat works much like a conventional spraygun. It has high transfer efficiency, and great atomization.
How to Use: First shake for 2 minutes vigorously before activating.
To activate: Simple take the red button from the cap and attach it to the pin on the bottom of the can. Put the top of the can on stable ground and push the red button firmly and press the pin into the can. Shake again for two minutes to ensure activator is thoroughly mix with clear coat. After activated this product will last approx. 24 hours.
Product Characteristics: SprayMax 2 part Aerosol Clear Coat has excellent adhesion to basecoat and cured lacquer and enamel finishes .
Preparation: Allow basecoat paints at least 30 minutes dry time prior to using the 2K SprayMax Urethane Aerosol Clear Coat. Apply 2-3 coats of aerosol clear coat. Allow 5-10 minutes between coats. After allowing approximately 24 hours dry time, It may been polished by hand or machine.
