SEM 42260, Rock-It Liner, Tintable Bedliner

Rock-It Liner Bedliner is a two component protective coating that provides a durable finish with superior protection and chemical resistance. Rock It Liner Bedliner works great on truck beds, restoration projects as well as for sound deadening. Rock-It Liner can be used on wood, concrete, primed or painted metal, and properly prepared aluminum. Rock-It Liner is available in two separate kits, 42250 Black and 42260 Tintable.

Rock-It Liner Surface Preparation:

Thoroughly wash the surface with 39362 SEM Soap and water. Next, clean with 38373 SEM SOLVE. Then, sand the surface using 180-220 grit sand paper or use a Nylon Filament cup brush. If rust is present, grind until all rust is removed. Apply Metalock DTM Primer. Sand the primer with 180-220 grit paper. Then blow off dust and tack clean.

Rock-It Liner Mixing:

For Tintable Rock-It Liner add 3 fluid ounces of color* to each bottle. Then simply add 6.5 ounces of Rock-It Liner catalyst into the Rock-It Liner bottles, shake for two minutes and apply.

(* Color must be solvent based tints with no binder, balancer, or reducers added)

Rock-It Liner Application Procedure:
