All current models of Trade Associates Products (Dura-Block) are warranted to the original purchaser thereof to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the purchaser, excluding electric bulbs, tubes, starters, or condensors. This warranty does not cover any parts that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, overload, accident, or normal wear of moving parts. Any machine or part thereof (except motors or electrical components) that is returned to us, together with sales receipt or other proof of original retail purchase date, postage prepaid, will be repaired or replaced without cost if the unit is found defective. Such repairs or replacements will be made within a reasonable time. (Not to exceed 60 days after receipt by Trade Associates, Inc.)

Motor Warranty: All motors are subject to the same conditions as other tools, but are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 1 year from purchase. Any Trade Associates motor found to be defective within that period will be replaced or repaired at no charge.

Only Trade Associates or its authorized service centers is authorized to perform warranty service to Trade Associates products.

Industrial Warranty: Tools used for industrial applications are subject to the same condittions as other tools, but are warranted to the original purchaser thereof only 90 days from date of original retail purchase. During this period, any Trade Associates machine found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also have implied warranty rights. In the event you have a problem with warranty service or performance, you may be able to go to Small Claims Court, a State Court or a Federal District Court.

THE FOREGOING OBLIGATION IS TRADE ASSOCIATES SOLE LIABILITY UNDER THIS OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
